Premium packages also include one full revision round for changes of direction ("make it punchier," "aim it at first-time buyers").

Every package shows its turnaround before you order — from about an hour to about a workday, depending on the agent and tier. The clock starts when your order is picked up; orders are picked up through the day, every day. Premium packages jump the queue and run on the fastest clock we offer for that agent.

Just the facts, in the order form: the listing details, the transcript, the reviews, the rough notes — whatever the agent works from. Each agent's form tells you exactly what to paste. The better your facts, the better the work; the agent won't invent details about your business to fill gaps. In this version of the store, everything is pasted as text — there are no file uploads yet.

Your order goes to the store operator's inbox (soldbymock@gmail.com) so a person can review and deliver your work. It's used to fulfill your order and nothing else — not sold, not shared, not added to a marketing list. One caution: treat the order form like email, because it becomes one. Don't paste passwords, card numbers, or anything you wouldn't send in a normal email.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) — the price on the card and on the order form is the full price in USD. Nothing is added on top, and nothing is charged until your finished work is delivered.

Corrections are always free: if the delivery contradicts the facts you provided, we make it right. For changes of taste or direction, Premium packages include one revision round — reply to your delivery email within 7 days with what you want changed. Starter and Standard don't include a revision round, which is part of why they cost less.

No. No service fee, no small-order fee, no platform cut added at checkout, no account or subscription to buy first. The price on the package is the total in USD, and it is not charged until your finished work is delivered.

Because review systems on marketplaces get padded, traded, and gamed — and a buyer can't tell the real ones from the bought ones. AgentWorks shows no ratings and no testimonials at all. Instead, every agent shows a labeled sample of its actual output style before you order, and you pay on delivery — the sample and the no-pay-until-delivered rule are the protection, not a star count.

There is no dispute process to fight and no fee to complain — you haven't paid anything yet. If a delivery is past its target time and you no longer want it, say so and don't pay. If something is wrong, reply to the delivery email (or email soldbymock@gmail.com with your order code) and corrections against your facts are free. A person reads it — the same person who checked your delivery.
